trio of canapé: beef coulotte with horseradish cream and chives, hot wild mushroom ragout with taleggio and thyme, winter squash caponata

Starter Choices:

CREAMY FARRO & VEGETABLE SOUP
Rainbow Organics farro, wild mushroom, thyme, garlic, spinach, sweet cream

WINTER GREENS
winter greens, toasted hazelnut, Rogue bleu cheese, grilled pears, champagne vinaigrette

Entrée Choices:

ROAST HALF CHICKEN
Yukon gold potato puree, roasted winter vegetables, lemon beurre blanc

NEW YORK STEAK
New York steak, Yukon gold potato puree, roasted winter squash, Rogue blue cheese butter, roasted shallot demi-glace

PORTOBELLO & LENTILS
roasted portobello, beluga lentils, kale, roasted shallots, pinot noir vinaigrette
